Building new products that solve real problems—and set the stage for what’s next.
My approach to New Product Development is to turn a clear, validated need into a working, scalable product—quickly and iteratively. Every successful product starts with a real pain point, not a feature list, and is developed through rapid prototyping, real-world testing, and a relentless focus on the user’s experience and the business’s constraints.
I combine structured frameworks (PESTEL, SWOT, business model canvas) with fast feedback loops, so the solution is always grounded in reality and able to adapt as the market, technology, or user needs shift.
Begin with dissatisfaction - with my own or user experience - then validate the pain point through real user journeys and market analysis.
Apply PESTEL, SWOT, Five Forces, and business model canvas to understand both the opportunity and the constraints.
Build and ship a functional MVP as quickly as possible, collect real data, and iterate based on user feedback and analytics.
Focus not just on initial launch, but on extensible architecture (e.g., AI-ready, modular content) to support future growth and new features.
Define success as the delivery of measurable value—whether that’s engagement, reach, or time saved.
The target outcome being that everything flows from real-world customer demand, and ends with measurable value creation.
I launched Readomain to solve problems I encountered as both a reader and an author with existing eBook and web-based solutions—problems like poor device compatibility, lack of analytics, difficult content marketing, and limited accessibility for translation or search.
Digital books are often locked in proprietary formats, requiring a device that adds cost, or a PDF, making the reading experience less than optimal.
As Founder and Product Manager, I led the end-to-end development and launch of the platform, building every aspect from market validation to MVP and iteration.
True NPD isn’t just about launching a new product - it’s about building a system that adapts, scales, and continues to deliver user value as both technology and customer needs evolve.
